A New Open Door Outreach exists to look for opportunities to serve our community with open hearts and open hands. Through practical resources, encouraging words, uplifting literature, and personal support, we come alongside individuals and families in Houston and the surrounding areas.
We believe that when one life changes, it creates a ripple effect of transformation—touching homes, neighborhoods, and generations. Every act of compassion can open a new door of hope, healing, and faith.

Our Vision for Houston
A New Open Door Outreach envisions a Houston where individuals and families are empowered to thrive—spiritually, emotionally, and practically. As a ministry of Born Again Deliverance Center, we seek to offer a full array of charitable, human service, educational, and community development activities that meet people where they are.
Through these efforts, we help individuals discover their God-given abilities and unique talents. We believe every person carries a calling and purpose, and with the right support, they can step confidently into the future God has prepared for them.

Melisa Bartlett carries a deep passion for expanding the circle of God’s love and turning faith into action. As Outreach Director for A New Open Door Outreach, she leads with a servant’s heart, listening closely to the needs of the community and responding with compassion, creativity, and care.
Under Melisa’s leadership, our outreach teams build relationships with neighbors across Houston—showing up at schools, neighborhoods, and community spaces with practical support and a warm invitation to experience God’s love. She believes that everyday moments of kindness can open doors for people to explore faith, find encouragement, and encounter the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
