A New Open Door Outreach exists to look for opportunities to serve our community with open hearts and open hands. Through practical resources, encouraging words, uplifting literature, and personal support, we come alongside individuals and families in Houston and the surrounding areas.
We believe that when one life changes, it creates a ripple effect of transformation—touching homes, neighborhoods, and generations. Every act of compassion can open a new door of hope, healing, and faith.

A New Open Door Outreach envisions a Houston where individuals and families are empowered to thrive—spiritually, emotionally, and practically. As a ministry of Born Again Deliverance Center, we seek to offer a full array of charitable, human service, educational, and community development activities that meet people where they are.

Meet Our Leadership Team
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Driven by a profound calling for community transformation, Dr. Bridgette Williams serves as the visionary leader of A New Open Door. With a heart rooted deeply in faith, she is dedicated to breaking barriers and creating paths of opportunity for individuals of all backgrounds across Houston. Dr. Bridgette believes that every person holds God-given potential, and her leadership focuses on empowering our neighbors to realize their unique talents, bringing lasting restoration and hope to the community we serve.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Guided by the principles of faithful stewardship, Pastor Cozroy Williams ensures that every resource entrusted to A New Open Door is maximized to glorify God and bless His people. As CFO, he seamlessly aligns the ministry’s financial resources with our community support programs—from food assistance to school supply drives. Pastor Cozroy is committed to transparent, purposeful management, ensuring that our infrastructure remains strong so we can continue to serve as a reliable, life-saving bridge of evangelism and care.
Outreach Director
Melisa Bartlett serves on the frontline of our mission, fully committed to expanding the circle of God’s love and turning active faith into tangible community action. With an inclusive heart that welcomes all people, Melisa oversees the daily coordination of our outreach events right here in Houston. She passionately believes that when you change one life, you spark a ripple effect that transforms families for generations. Through her hands-on leadership, she ensures our neighbors feel supported, valued, and loved.
